CANAAN- VIGILANTE Y VIGILANTE
Canaan Dogs se considera el perro nacional oficial de Israel. Son ágiles y llenos de vitalidad. Esta raza astuta tiene una debilidad por sus compañeros humanos, pero puede ser asustadiza con personas desconocidas. Debido a que son tan inteligentes y seguros de sí mismos, los Perros de Canaán requieren un dueño dominante que no tenga miedo de hacer valer su autoridad, o de lo contrario, el Perro de Canaán se hará cargo de la casa. Estos viejos caninos, cuando reciben el entrenamiento adecuado, se convertirán en su compañero más vigilante y guardián confiable. Son territoriales por naturaleza y requieren tiempo para adaptarse a nuevas personas y entornos antes de hacerlo. Son perros guardianes bien ajustados porque recibieron un refuerzo positivo.
