Orietta Berti è una celebre e simpatica cantante italiana, felicemente sposata dal 1967 con Osvaldo Paterlini, il suo primo, vero, unico amore. Osvaldo non fa parte del mondo dello spettacolo ma viene sempre citato da Orietta in tutte le occasioni, del resto si conoscono da sempre supportandosi reciprocamente da oltre 50 anni. Lui è diventato il suo manager e il suo autista personale. I due si sono conosciuti a una fiera nel 1964 ed è stata lei a fare il primo passo, invitandolo a bere un caffè: inusuale per quei tempi! Il resto è ormai cosa nota. La coppia ha avuto i figli Omar e Otis e sono davvero una famiglia unita e felice.
