Em seu primeiro anúncio conjunto de mídia social em outubro de 2013, o ator americano Cheyenne Jackson e o ator que virou empresário Jason Landau estavam bastante confiantes de que haviam encontrado o parceiro perfeito um no outro. Jackson e Landau começaram a namorar em fevereiro de 2014 e se casaram em setembro do mesmo ano.
Desde então, eles receberam os gêmeos Willow e Ethan de braços abertos. Jackson se abriu sobre a paternidade, dizendo que cuidar de seus gêmeos é “uma exaustão como nunca conhecemos”, antes de acrescentar: “mas tem sido realmente incrível, e eu não faria de outra maneira”.
