A atriz teve um relacionamento com a estrela do Charlotte Hornets, Tony Parker, em 2007, mas as coisas boas não duram muito tempo e o casal acabou se separando em 2011. Foi revelado que Tony estava traindo Eva com a esposa de outra estrela da NBA, o Brent Barry.
