The host of Special Report with Bret Baier has worked as the White House and Pentagon correspondent. In 1998, he joined the Fox network after auditioning as the Atlanta bureau chief. His personal life is incomplete without his wife, Amy Halls Brier, who he met on a blind date, and then all is history. They put a diamond ring on each other to mark the beginning of their new chapter exactly two years later.
