Hollywood Urgestein Julia Roberts wurde einem breiteren Publikum weltweit bekannt durch ihre Rollen in Filmen wie Pretty Woman und Erin Brokovitch. Mit 50 hat sich ihr Gesicht überhaupt nicht verändert, dank ihrer Hautpflege, die aus viel Feuchtigkeitspflege und Sonnenschutz besteht. Roberts hält sich außerdem auch körperlich durch Aerobic fit. In ihrem Hit Eat, Pray, Love von 2010 hat sie jede Menge Nudeln verdrückt, im echten Leben legt sie aber Wert auf eine eiweißreiche Ernährung, bestehend aus Lachs und vielen gesunden Fetten, wie beispielsweise von der Avokado (ein paar Kohlenhydrate dürfen aber auch mal sein).
