John was a master chef, but one day he made a mistake that had disastrous consequences. He was cooking up a storm in the kitchen when he mistakenly grabbed the wrong condiment from the refrigerator. Instead of pouring soy sauce onto his stir fry, he grabbed the bottle of Worcestershire sauce.

The combination of vegetables, rice, and Worcestershire sauce created a disgusting meal that John had to throw out. He was embarrassed and vowed to never mislabel kitchen condiments again.
