Dirk Nowitzki, the Dallas Mavericks power forward who has German roots, prefers to live really close to the owner of his team, Mark Cuban. While Mark Cuban’s Dallas residence is one among the most expensive properties in the region, Dirk’s 9,200-square-foot luxurious pad doesn’t fall much behind.
