Chris “Birdman” Andersen – Pinecrest, Estimated $4.55 Million
Chris Andersen was the best of the best and seemed unstoppable even when he was close to the end of his career. He might have carried on for a couple more years, but a devastating injury spelled the end of his time in the court, having last played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the beginning of his retirement. It’s not all bad, of course, since he retired at the age of 38 which is pretty much when most basketball players decide to call it quits. He earned a hefty $5 million for his final year even though he couldn’t play for the full length of it which is telling about just how good of a player he was. It’s only fitting that his house, which he’s now looking to sell, would be absolutely massive!
