It was a revelation of sorts for Shaniece — she had grown quite large during her second trimester, and the moment she saw herself in the mirror, she knew something was not normal as a feeling of unease settled over her. Inspired by a TV documentary, she made up her mind to help hopeful parents Steve and Joanna have kids of their own when she was only 21. Though adoption is one of the options that couples who have trouble conceiving children can opt for, Steve and Joanna preferred surrogacy, and thankfully, Shaniece was kind enough to lend out a helping hand to them.
