Rezydencja wyróżnia się alpejską architekturą – drewniany budynek otoczony jest zielonym trawnikiem, a także dysponuje dużym garażem mieszczącym liczne pojazdy. Przez okna rezydencji można podziwiać malownicze, górskie widoki oraz łąki, które tworzą idylliczną scenerię, niczym z mistrzowskiego obrazu.
