En el plano personal, Silvia ha encontrado la felicidad al lado del humorista y presentador Andreu Buenafuente, con quien inició una relación en 2007. La pareja amplió su familia en 2012 con el nacimiento de su hijo y selló su amor con el matrimonio en 2017.
