Mark Medlock und Cornelia Reckert – Zusammen seit 2008
Nach seinem grandiosen Sieg bei „DSDS“ und dem Verkauf von drei Millionen Tonträgern zog sich Mark Medlock 2014 aus der Musikszene zurück. Sein Leben änderte sich grundlegend, als er auf Sylt Cornelia Reckert kennenlernte, eine Hotelbesitzerin, die zehn Jahre älter ist als er.
Auf der Nordseeinsel fand Mark nicht nur ein neues Zuhause, sondern auch in Cornelia eine Partnerin, die ihn in schwierigen Zeiten unterstützte. Mark beschreibt sie liebevoll als seinen Rettungsengel, während Cornelia betont, dass er der Einzige sei, der tiefe Gefühle in ihr weckt.
