Posteriormente, Isabel terminó su relación con Julio y empezó una relación con Carlos Falcó, con el cual tuvo una hija. Después de esta separación, Isabel empezó otra relación con Miguel Boyer, pareja con la cual también tuvo su última hija, Ana Isabel.
Actualmente, la hermosa Isabel se encuentra en una relación con Mario Vargas Llosa desde el 2015, parece que Isabel encontró el amor de su vida en el ganador del Nobel de literatura.
