This guy has taken neck exercises to the next level by strapping himself in and pulling backward like he’s training for a medieval joust. Some say this move is for better posture, but for a niche workout, the whole setup leans more toward ridiculous than routine. We can’t even say if he’s serious or just testing everyone’s ability not to laugh.
While his focus is impressive, the visual of a grown man yanking his head around in a gym full of traditional workouts is hilarious. It might work wonders for his neck, but the entertainment value is doing more of the heavy lifting here.
