El cantante británico Sam Smith siempre ha sido molestado por su peso, pero el súper cantante cambió su relación con la comida. Él no hizo dieta, pero escogió a la nutricionista celebridad Amelia Freer para que lo ayudara con su alimentación y logró perder con éxito 14 libras en sólo dos semanas. El eliminó el gluten, las azucares refinadas y los lácteos de su dieta y en vez de eso masticaba cubos de hielo con sabores a hierbas. Él también comenzó a ejercitarse un poco y a hacer yoga siempre que tiene tiempo libre.
