La muy conocida comediante ganadora del premio de la academia, Mo’Nique, siempre ha luchado con su peso y nunca ha estado con menos de 200 desde que tenía diecisiete hasta ahora. Según varias noticias, la actriz finalmente bajó 80 libras. Ella cree que fue sólo fue el trabajo duro y la fe en sí misma lo que la ayudó a hacer esto. Su dieta de comida cruda hizo la magia y su entrenador personal la ayudó a encontrar el régimen fitness perfecto para ella. Con su pérdida de peso ella ha logrado tener una gran figura y una piel perfecta también. Pareciera que ella ha estado en terapias para el antienvejecimiento cuando en realidad sólo es la pérdida de peso.
