Pero su peso se convirtió en algo problemático en los últimos años. Melissa luego sorprendió a todos con una pérdida de 75 libras y una cintura notablemente delgada. Ella mantuvo una dieta estricta y tuvo porciones más pequeñas mientras monitoreaba su consumo de calorías.
