La cantante aumentó mucho de peso debido a malos hábitos alimenticios y a su malestar mental, pero luego decidió regresar a su vida con la ayuda de una dieta apropiada y ejercicios de pérdida de peso. Britney no ha sido tímida al hablar de su viaje; la cantante dejó la comida rápida y comenzó una rehabilitación del alcohol en su hogar.
