Al Roker – Cirugía de bypass gástrico
El famoso hombre del clima de NBC network tiene una de las historias exitosas más prometedoras de la historia. Al Roker, que pesaba más de 340 libras, decidió cumplir el último sueño de su padre y se embarcó en un viaje fitness. Por supuesto, Al no tuvo problemas en gastar bastante dinero, y al parecer él se hizo una cirugía de bypass gástrico que le costó aproximadamente 23,000 dólares. La cirugía obviamente ayudó, ya que Roker perdió 100 libras y luego perdió 90 libras siguiendo un estricto patrón de ejercicios y una dieta estricta. Con 160 libras, Roker detalló su experiencia en un libro y planea mantenerse saludable para siempre.
