Whoopi Goldberg – Dieta de una libra al día
La ganadora del premio de la academia, Whoopi Goldberg, ha estado recientemente en las noticias por su pérdida de peso. Parece que Hollywood está siendo más saludable últimamente. A pesar de estar un poco gorda, eso nunca detuvo a Whoopi de realizar actuaciones estelares en The Color Purple, Ghost, Sister Act y Girl, Interrupted. Sin embargo, hubo una ocasión en que ella llegó a pesar 217 libras y quizás haya sido eso lo que hizo que Whoopi decidiera cambiar su peso. En vez de optar por una cirugía, ella comenzó a seguir la dieta de una libra al día de Rocco DiSpirito. Con esa dieta ella ha logrado perder 50 libras.
