Comenzando sus carreras con obras shakesperianas, el primer gran rol de Judi Dench fue en Hamlet en 1957. Y aunque no hubo vuelta atrás desde ese momento, no fue hasta que recibió el rol de M en la serie Bond que Judi Dench recibió la aclamación internacional. La actriz de 83 años se ha mantenido alejada de los vicios y a diferencia de muchas celebridades de su estatura, ella nunca ha tenido que contratar a un abogado para limpiar su nombre o entrar en rehabilitación.
