His four and a decade career as a public servant witnessed some of the most turbulent times USA’s recent history.
Don and his wife Joyce, have been high school sweethearts and had their roots in Montana. Joyce is a Billings native, and the couple finally settled in Chicago, where the couple first met. After an illustrious political career, the couple is now enjoying their retired life in Montana.
