Jérôme Boateng: Luxusleben in der Münchener Nobelgegend
Jérôme Boateng, der ehemalige Star des FC Bayern München spielt heute beim LASK in Österreich. Während seiner Zeit bei den Bayern wohnte er in einer der exklusivsten Gegenden der Stadt, dem Stadtteil Grünwald. Für seine Villa zahlte er rund 7,4 Millionen Euro, eine Investition, die einiges zu bieten hat. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen großen Garten, einen privaten Pool, Heimkino und einen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Jacuzzi.
In seiner Nachbarschaft wohnen zahlreiche Fußballstars. Nach seinem Abschied von München versuchte er, die Villa zu verkaufen, doch bis heute war er damit nicht erfolgreich. Aktuell wohnt jedoch das Fußball-Nachwuchstalent Michael Olise dort zur Miete.
