Ćwiczenia w miejscu publicznym były dla Lexi dużym wyzwaniem, ponieważ nie czuła się komfortowo w obecności obcych ludzi, którzy często patrzyli na nią z góry i komentowali jej wygląd. Na szczęście udało jej się znaleźć studio fitness, w którym bywało niewiele osób, co pozwoliło jej swobodnie korzystać ze sprzętu bez uczucia skrępowania. Zaskoczyła wszystkich, szybko odnajdując swoje ulubione urządzenie – CrossRamp, które było łagodne dla jej stawów, a jednocześnie pomagało zmniejszyć obwód w pasie. Ćwiczenia na nim sprawiały jej ogromną przyjemność i mogła spędzać całe godziny trenując na nim. Wszystko wydawało się iść zgodnie z planem, jednak największym wyzwaniem pozostała zmiana diety.
