Ze względu na to, że Lexi zmagała się z nadwagą od najmłodszych lat, dopiero teraz mogła naprawdę poczuć się dobrze we własnym ciele – po raz pierwszy mogła poczuć się piękna i kobieca. Po wielu latach odzyskała pełną swobodę ruchu, mogła skakać, biegać i tańczyć bez zadyszki! Ta przemiana dodała jej pewności siebie i poczucia własnej wartości, a życie stało się dla niej o wiele piękniejsze. Choć zawsze była pogodna i optymistyczna, nawet ważąc 220 kilogramów, to teraz jej codzienność zyskała zupełnie nowy wymiar. Lexi mówi, że czuje się wyzwolona, ponieważ jej ciało przestało ją ograniczać. Teraz cieszy się swobodą i może robić wszystko, na co tylko ma ochotę.
