PRÓBA ZMIANY ZŁYCH NAWYKÓW
Nie było tajemnicą, że zarówno Lexi, jak i Danny borykali się z nadwagą i że nadszedł moment, aby coś z tym zrobić. Dotychczas ich codzienna dieta opierała się głównie na zamawianych posiłkach – często sięgali po jedzenie na wynos i spędzali długie godziny w bufetach, starając się spróbować jak najwięcej. To wspólne zamiłowanie do spożywania posiłków początkowo ich połączyło, jednak w końcu doszli do wniosku, że trzeba zerwać z tymi niezdrowymi nawykami i rozpocząć drogę ku lepszemu życiu. W tamtym okresie Danny ważył ponad 130 kilogramów i zdawał sobie sprawę, że jego dieta wymaga zmiany. Postanowili więc wspólnie wprowadzać małe, stopniowe modernizacje w kierunku zdrowszego stylu życia. Bez tej decyzji ich przyszłość z pewnością wyglądałaby zupełnie inaczej, a wspólna przyszłość mogłaby być o wiele krótsza.
