Oprócz marzenia o posiadaniu dzieci, Lexi musiała zrezygnować z wielu innych pragnień, które były dla niej bardzo ważne. Dzieci to nie było to jedyne życzenie, które odkładała z powodu swojej nadwagi. Jako zagorzała fanka Harry’ego Pottera od dawna marzyła o odwiedzeniu Universal Studios na Florydzie. Jednak mieszkając w Indianie i ważąc ponad 200 kilogramów, zarówno lot samolotem, jak i korzystanie z atrakcji parku rozrywki wydawały się poza jej zasięgiem. Z czasem to marzenie stawało się coraz bardziej odległe, a nadzieje na jego realizację stopniowo znikały. W końcu jednak Lexi odnalazła w sobie siłę i powiedziała sobie “dość” – nadszedł czas na zmiany i konkretne działania!
