Michel Cymes et Nathalie ont formé un couple assez discret pendant plusieurs années. Ils se sont mariés en 2015 durant une cérémonie originale, marquée surtout par le fait qu’ils se soient tous les deux habillés en rouge. Michel Cymes a confié que sa demande en mariage avait tellement scotchée Nathalie, qu’elle a juste bafouillé un « Euh, ben oui ». La réaction de sa future femme l’avait alors agacé que ça s’est terminé sur une dispute. Le médecin et chirurgien français a également parlé de la possessivité de sa femme qu’il confie être un peu jalouse d’Adriana Karembeu, sa co-présentatrice de l’émission « Les pouvoirs extraordinaires du corps humain » sur France 2.
