Prima di addentrarci nei misteri delle monete, dobbiamo conoscere l’uomo che le ha create. Otha Anders, un insegnante in pensione e un membro devoto del consiglio scolastico di Jacksonha oggi ha 73 anni. Ha lavorato nell’educazione per la maggior parte della sua vita.
Per la natura del suo lavoro, era responsabile della sorveglianza di un gruppo di bambini detenuti, che lo idolatravano tutti. Anders era un lavoratore esperto che traeva piacere nel vedere i progressi del suo lavoro sulle persone.
Era noto per essere un partner e un genitore devoto alla sua famiglia. Sebbene possedesse molte belle caratteristiche, era noto per un hobby particolare.
