Destiny seemed to have its eye on Jordy Nelson and Emily Rothlisberger Nelson from their sixth-grade romance to a high school rekindling. Fast-forward to a romantic Cancun proposal, and they became life partners in 2007. This harmonious duo has been blessed with three kids carrying on their athletic genes.
While Jordy made a name as a stellar wide receiver, Emily was a formidable force on the collegiate basketball court. Now, in retirement, Jordy swaps football fields for family farming in Kansas. Ever the charmer, he even made a splash on the screen in “The Herd.” Together, they’ve built a love story that’s equal parts heartwarming and legendary.
