Heartbreak: Not Always A Sinking Experience
A guy bought a boat, of all things, when he got a divorce. Painted right on the side of it is the sardonic phrase, “She got the house,” which his neighbors probably stared for some time. Little did he know that the average length of a first marriage that ends in divorce is 8 years! Talk about an iconic way to express one’s feelings.
Although it must’ve been a tough time, there’s a certain level of amusing irony to be found in the situation. Despite that sinking feeling in his heart, at least he has a nice boat to take out for a sail now and then.
