Deutschlands beliebter Profikoch Alfons Schubeck überrascht mit einer erstaunlichen Verwandlung. Der bekannte Genießer, der sogar für den FC Bayern München am Herd stand, hat im Alter noch einmal richtig Gas gegeben und 25 Kilo abgespeckt. Lange Zeit pendelte sein Gewicht um die 120 Kilo. Doch nun hat er der Waage den Kampf angesagt und präsentiert sich in einer schlankeren Version.
Schubecks Erfolgsrezept klingt einfach: Er verzichtet auf strenge Diäten und setzt stattdessen auf weniger Weißmehl, mehr Gemüse und regelmäßige Bewegung. Mit diesem cleveren Ansatz und viel Motivation beweist der Koch, dass Veränderung in jedem Alter möglich ist. Sein neues, sportlicheres Erscheinungsbild steht ihm ausgezeichnet und zieht alle Blicke auf sich.
