Tine Wittler, Moderatorin von “Einsatz in 4 Wänden”, hat sich in der Öffentlichkeit stets selbstbewusst mit ihrer Figur gezeigt. Die sympathische Schauspielerin und Autorin setzt sich für ein positives Körperbild ein und hat sogar eine eigene Modelinie für kurvige Menschen ins Leben gerufen. Obwohl Tine in der Vergangenheit verschiedene Diäten ausprobierte, stellte sie fest, dass das Jo-Jo-Prinzip für sie nicht funktionierte. Stattdessen entschied sie sich für einen gesünderen Lebensstil. Mit einem neuen Fitnessprogramm, das auch Wassergymnastik beinhaltet, fühlt sich Tine nun wohler in ihrer Haut. Ihre leichte Veränderung ist das Ergebnis von Freude an der Bewegung – ganz ohne Diätstress.
