Schlank wie nie: Stars überraschen mit radikalen Gewichtsverlusten

Franziska van Almsick, die deutsche Schwimmlegende und Olympiasiegerin von 1992, war jahrelang eine Ikone des Leistungssports. Ihre Karriere erforderte stets Höchstleistungen und einen durchtrainierten Körper. Nach ihrem Rückzug aus dem Profisport und der Gründung einer Familie veränderten sich jedoch ihre Prioritäten.
Mit zwei Kindern und neuen Aufgaben abseits des Beckens rückte Franziskas Gesundheit in den Hintergrund. Die einstige Spitzensportlerin nahm zu. Doch van Almsick besann sich auf ihre Erfahrungen und fasste den Entschluss, wieder in Form zu kommen. Mit einem ganzheitlichen Fitnessansatz gelang es ihr, überschüssige Pfunde loszuwerden. Heute präsentiert sich Franziska wieder deutlich schlanker und beweist, dass man auch nach der Sportkarriere fit bleiben kann.
