Birgit Schrowange, die bekannte Fernsehmoderatorin, bewies, dass es nie zu spät ist, etwas an sich zu ändern. Das Besondere an Birgits Erfolg war nicht nur das Ergebnis, sondern auch der Zeitpunkt. Kurz vor ihrem Geburtstag startete sie durch und schaffte die Veränderung in nur vier Monaten. Ihr Rezept war einfach, aber effektiv: mehr Wasser trinken, weniger Naschen, bewusst auf die täglichen Schritte achten und regelmäßige Besuche im Fitnessstudio.
