Silke Remus – 20 Kilo weniger
Silke Remus, stolze Mutter von Deutschlands bekanntesten Immobilienmakler Marcel Remus, hat eine erstaunliche Veränderung durchlebt. In nur einem Jahr verlor sie beachtliche 20 Kilogramm. Noch im Februar 2017 versteckte sie ihre Figur unter weiten Kleidern. Doch schon im Dezember desselben Jahres präsentierte sie sich selbstbewusst in figurbetonter Kleidung. Ihr Sohn ist besonders stolz auf die Leistung seiner Mutter.
Der Schlüssel zu Silkes Erfolg war das Weight Watchers-Programm. Es half ihr, ihre Ernährung umzustellen und mehr Bewegung in ihren Alltag zu integrieren. Heute fühlt sich Silke rundum wohl in ihrer Haut und ist endlich mit ihrem Gewicht im Reinen. Ihre neue Leichtigkeit ist deutlich zu spüren.
