Schlank wie nie: Stars überraschen mit radikalen Gewichtsverlusten
Aline Bachmann – 75 Kilo weniger
Aline Bachmann, die einst bei “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” für Aufsehen sorgte, hat eine bemerkenswerte Veränderung durchgemacht. Die Dresdnerin wog 2013 noch fast 200 Kilo, doch sie fasste den Entschluss, ihr Leben umzukrempeln. Mit eiserner Disziplin hielt sie neun Monate lang eine strenge Diät durch und schaffte es, 75 Kilo abzunehmen. Um ihr Ziel zu erreichen, ließ sie auch überschüssige Hautlappen entfernen und erreichte so ihr Wunschgewicht von 68 Kilo.
Alines Wandlung hat nicht nur ihr eigenes Leben auf den Kopf gestellt, sondern auch viele ihrer Fans motiviert. Sie zeigt, dass man mit Willenskraft und Ausdauer selbst große Herausforderungen meistern kann.
