Birgit Schrowange, die bekannte Fernsehmoderatorin, bewies, dass es nie zu spät ist, etwas an sich zu ändern. Ihr Rezept war einfach, aber effektiv: mehr Wasser trinken, weniger Naschen, bewusst auf die täglichen Schritte achten und regelmäßige Besuche im Fitnessstudio.
