Schlank wie nie: Stars überraschen mit radikalen Gewichtsverlusten
Tetje Mierendorf – 70 Kilo weniger
Tetje Mierendorf, der beliebte Komiker und Schauspieler, stand 2005 vor einer ernsten Entscheidung. Mit 180 Kilogramm auf der Waage und einer Diabetes-Diagnose warnten ihn die Ärzte vor gesundheitlichen Risiken. Doch erst die Geburt seiner Tochter im selben Jahr brachte den entscheidenden Wendepunkt. Der tragische Tod seines Kollegen Dirk Bach verstärkte Tetjes Wunsch, seine Tochter aufwachsen zu sehen.
Entschlossen lehnte er eine Magenband-Operation ab und nahm sein Schicksal selbst in die Hand. Mit einer Umstellung seiner Ernährung und mehr Bewegung schaffte Tetje das scheinbar Unmögliche: In nur einem Jahr verlor er 42 Kilo. Und dabei blieb es nicht. In den folgenden Jahren purzelte noch mehr Gewicht.
