Schlank wie nie: Stars überraschen mit radikalen Gewichtsverlusten
Liz Baffoe – 12 Kilo weniger
Liz, die ghanaisch-deutsche Schauspielerin, kennt man aus Filmen wie “Die Geisterfahrer” und “Problemzone Mann” sowie aus der beliebten TV-Serie “Lindenstraße”. Vor einiger Zeit zeigte sich Liz noch mit ein paar Kilos mehr auf den Rippen. Sie gab offen zu, dass ihre Vorliebe für Süßes und Pasta daran schuld war. Doch irgendwann merkte sie, dass ihre Fitness nachließ.
Entschlossen nahm Liz die Sache in die Hand und holte sich einen guten Personaltrainer ins Boot. Der hatte einen klaren Plan: weniger Kohlenhydrate, dafür mehr Bewegung. Liz fing klein an, aber schon bald lief sie mühelos 10 Kilometer am Stück. Der Lohn für ihre Ausdauer? Ganze 12 Kilo purzelten von der Waage.
