Balance zwischen Ruhm und Schule
Trotz ihres Prominentenstatus wollten Abby und Brittany im Schulalltag so normal wie möglich bleiben. Auch wenn sie häufig in der Öffentlichkeit angesprochen wurden und Fans sie nach Selfies fragten, behandelten ihre Lehrer sie wie alle anderen Schüler. Beide waren akademisch stark, jedoch in unterschiedlichen Fächern: Abby interessierte sich besonders für Mathematik und Naturwissenschaften, während Brittany eine Leidenschaft für Sprachen und Literatur entwickelte.
Ihre außergewöhnliche Koordination führte gelegentlich zu Vorwürfen des Schummelns bei Prüfungen, doch sie bestanden jede Aufgabe ehrlich und fair. Im Klassenzimmer arbeiteten sie entweder gemeinsam oder individuell. So zeigten die Hensel-Zwillinge, dass sie sich nicht durch Herausforderungen definieren lassen, sondern stets nach neuen Chancen streben.
