Miley Cyrus – Dieta sin gluten y pilates
Miley Cyrus comenzó a actuar en su niñez, pero ella ganó su estatus de estrella con su actuación en la serie de televisión, Hannah Montana. Luego ella ganó mucha más popularidad como cantante ya que sus álbumes como Meet Miley Cyrus, Breakout y Can’t Be Tamed estuvieron en la cima de las listas musicales. Ella también actuó en películas como Hannah Montana: The Movie, The Last Song y LOL. Su gran éxito también la hizo aumentar de peso, pero Miley lo perdió de inmediato con pilates. Además de esto, ella descubrió que tiene una alergia al gluten y por lo tanto comenzó una dieta estricta sin gluten. Pero la cantante de “Wrecking Ball” no paró ahí cuando se trató de su salud. Ella también hizo un viaje corto a rehabilitación para buscar ayuda por su adicción a la marihuana. Ahora Miley Cyrus no sólo luce espectacular, sino que la vemos en muy buena forma.
