La presentadora del programa ganador del Emmy y actriz, Sherri Shepherd, compartió cómo la diabetes estaba afectando negativa y lentamente su salud. Después de recibir un ultimátum de su doctor, Sherri cambió sus comidas, comiendo sólo comidas bajas en carbohidratos y libres de azúcar ricas en nutrientes. Ella ama la zumba y afirma que ha convertido parte de su hogar en un gimnasio. La actriz también lleva una manzana y algo de mantequilla de maní con ella para aumentar su energía y ella nunca come de más en los restaurantes. Sherri está determinada a cuidar de su salud después de haber perdido a su madre a una temprana edad.
