Paulo Gustavo and Thales Bretas
In 2015, celebrated comedian Paulo Gustavo and dermatologist Thales Bretas united in matrimony at Rio de Janeiro’s posh Ópera Espaço de Eventos. A spectacular six-tiered cake by famed pastry chef Isabella Suplicy and exquisite florals from designer Simone Bérard served as the backdrop for their vows. Adorned in a white suit, Paulo perfectly complemented Thales, who looked sharp in a black tux.
Attendees, numbering over 500 and including luminaries like Regina Casé and Claudia Raia, respected the couple’s wish to put away phones and be genuinely present. Now, parents to twins Gael and Romeu, the couple has a day to remember and a lifetime to cherish.
