The award-winning actress stepped out on the red-carpet last week in an elegant black gown and turned heads around with her amazing physique and age-defying body. Roberts is known for following a healthy, well-balanced diet but doesn’t follow a low-carb plan like so many others. When she was required to lose a bit of weight for a recent role, she enlisted the help of nutritionist Carrie Wiatt, who incorporates carbs into her eating plans including Julia’s favorite, mashed potatoes and bread.
