Liliana García es una reconocida actriz y directora de origen uruguayo-chileno de teatro, cine y televisión con una larga e impecable trayectoria de muchos éxitos que tuvo sus inicios en el Teatro de Montevideo como elenco permanente desde 1977 a 1987, año en que se traslada a Chile.
En Chile, Liliana ha participado en más de 50 producciones televisivas de ciencia ficción y ha estrenado más de veinte obras de teatro, unos con largas temporadas y otras con giras internacionales, como es el caso de la obra Doña Ramona y Sangre, con esta última hizo giras por gran parte de Escocia e Inglaterra.
La trayectoria de Liliana García va más allá de la actuación, ya que también ha dictado talleres y seminarios en la Universidad de las Comunicaciones de Chile, también es miembro activo del Sindicato Chileno de Actores desde 1987. Y en 2017 recibió la condecoración Cavaliere dell’Ordine Della Stella D’Italia, por su trayectoria en el arte y gestión cultura, contribuyendo al intercambio de cultura entre ambos países. Sin duda, Liliana ha sabido aprovechar sus conocimientos en favor del arte y la cultura.
