Marko Fabjanovic es un actor chileno que se hizo muy popular en los años 90 por su gran participación en la telenovela Playa Salvaje que, dado a su musculoso cuerpo bien trabajado, lo denominaron cabeza de músculo.
Marko luego de este gran debut, participó en otras producciones como Los Cárcamo y Oro verde, pero en el 2001, cuando empezaba su gran momento actoral, decidió dejar la actuación y mudarse a la ciudad de Concepción y dedicarse a dictar charlas motivacionales sobre la salud y el deporte para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas.
Marko cuenta con certificado en programación neurolingüística y diplomado en trastornos alimenticios de la Universidad Adolf Ibañez y la Clínica Las Condes. Actualmente, Marko Fabjanovic se dedica a ayudar a personas con obesidad y a mejorar su calidad de vida basada en la buena alimentación y el deporte. Algo que le dejó, dicho por él mismo, su participación en la teleserie Playa Salvaje.
