Kiko Hernández y Patricia Ledesma tuvieron uno de los romances más seguidos y televisados de España. Se conocieron en Gran Hermano 3 y desde el inicio los dos pusieron todas las carnes en el asador para sacar adelante su relación. Incluso la gente seguía entusiasmada su relación y los mantuvieron hasta el final del show, prefiriendolos a ellos antes que a otras parejas.
Pero el romance en los platos y sets de televisión generalmente no tienen mucha vida fuera, y ciertamente fue lo que le pasó a Kiko y Patty. Otro de los factores fue la madre de Patricia, quien se colgó del minuto de fama de la pareja para hacerse muy mediática.
Hoy el romance es cosa del pasado, sin embargo la ex pareja sigue manteniendo una relación de amistad.
