Catalina Castelblanco saltó a la fama en el año 2006, cuando iniciaba su carrera en televisión participando del remake de la exitosa serie argentina Floricienta. En Chile a la serie la rebautizaron como Floribella. Luego de su primer gran exito, Catalina trabajó en producciones como Alguien te mira, Aquí mando yo y Mamá Mechona.
Nicolás Pardo le lleva 20 años de diferencia, sin embargo, en ningún momento de su relación ha sido un impedimento para formar una sólida unión y ser bendecidos con una hermosa niña.
